I’ve now been receiving Spravato treatments for a longer period, and I can truly feel the difference. Going consistently has helped so much, and the improvement in the staff and overall experience has made it even more effective and comforting for me. From the beginning, the team has worked to create a supportive and welcoming environment, and that has only continued to get better. They take the time to explain everything clearly, check on me throughout the process, and make sure I feel safe, heard, and cared for every visit. Molly the director is incredible. She’s extremely compassionate and driven to help you and want to actually do something about your treatment. They above and beyond. The provider Margaret are kind beyond words. You feel like you’ve know each other while they are still so professional. They are the most wonderful people and if you’re even hesitating, don’t. Do it for yourself. You deserve happiness and help. PLUS Zoe the service dog makes me feel right at home everytime she checks on me. Love it here, you will too!

Heading Health has changed my life. I feel like I’ve found a real community among both the patients and the staff. Everyone is genuinely kind and understanding. At first, I wondered if the warmth was just because I was a new patient, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. The administrator and front desk staff member, Molly, is funny, caring, and a joy to interact with. The backroom staff are equally fantastic. For the first time, I feel hopeful that I can move forward from a condition that has affected me since childhood. If you’re considering this treatment, I’d encourage you to look into it and see if it’s right for you. I was skeptical, but I'm not anymore.
