This was my first cryotherapy experience and the owner Nathan took time to explain the benefits and process of whole body cryo. The building is immaculate and welcoming. After spending 3 minutes in the state of the art electric chamber, I felt invigorated and energized. I will definitely go again.

Love this place. I have issues with itchy skin on hot days and workouts, and after cryo and red light it goes away for the rest of the day. Very pleased with my experience each time I come!

I’ve been going to Element several times a week since September and i am obsessed! I do the red light therapy and cryotherapy. It’s quick and efficient and the staff is always so kind and helpful. It took about 3-4 weeks to see results—but I’m sleeping better, mood is better, muscle recovery is quicker and my energy is much better! I’ve significantly decreased my caffeine intake since going. And i like how I’m in and out in less than 20 minutes, makes it easy to squeeze into my day.
