Koru Wellness has been such a blessing in my life. I’ve been going to Emilee for 1-on-1 therapy, group therapy, and ketamine therapy, and each experience has been so meaningful. Emilee is not only an amazing therapist—she’s compassionate, understanding, and truly cares about her clients. She creates a safe space where I feel heard, supported, and encouraged to grow. The group therapy sessions have been especially powerful. The way Emilee and the other therapists foster connection, respect, and openness makes it easy to share and heal together. The team at Koru Wellness is genuinely wonderful—every therapist I’ve met has been warm, professional, and incredibly supportive. The addition of ketamine therapy has been life-changing for me. It’s given me new perspectives, hope, and healing in ways I never thought possible. Having this alongside traditional therapy has made such a difference in my journey. I’m so grateful to find Koru Wellness! They listened to me when I shared my social anxiety issues and understood I could only do 1:1 therapy. They have provided personalized, quality care that goes above and beyond the care you receive elsewhere. Each session provides more results than decades of therapy. Remember you have to be your own advocate and at Koru Wellness they listen and respect your wishes. I recommend them 100x over and will only use Koru Wellness for my family’s therapy. Live them!!!
