Momentum Relief, in Orem, offers shockwave therapy alongside chiropractic care, dry needling, and physical therapy for musculoskeletal pain and movement dysfunction. The clinic emphasizes regenerative approaches to address underlying tissue healing rather than symptomatic management alone. Shockwave therapy stimulates the body's natural repair mechanisms and may reduce inflammation in chronic tendon and joint conditions. Treatment plans typically combine shockwave sessions with targeted physical therapy and manual techniques tailored to each patient's presentation. The practice positions itself as an alternative to prolonged pharmaceutical or injection-based pain management, serving patients with sports injuries, chronic musculoskeletal pai
I went in because I cracked some ribs mountain biking and was hoping to expedite the healing process. It probably shaved a couple of weeks off my recovery which was great.
While I was there I thought I’d have Jared see if he could help the pain in my lower back. I’ve had underlying chronic pain for years. I didn’t expect much because I’ve tried a lot of things with varied levels of success. To my surprise, when he finished, my pain was gone. I couldn’t believe it. It comes back after the treatment but the severity has decreased and my back seems healthier with every treatment.
I’ve also had my knees and shoulders treated with varying levels of success. Softwave is not a silver bullet for everything but if you have pain or have injured yourself and you want a non invasive remedy, it is certainly worth a try and Jared is a great person to help you through it.

I was just sorting through my 2024 tax documents and noticed my receipts for softwave at Sound Corrections. It kind of sent me back a little bit because I haven't thought about my knee problems in a year and a half. But when I first started with Jared, I could hardly climb a stair.
After worsening knee pain (a few years after a torn ACL and scope surgery) I had an MRI. The orthopedic surgeon said that I had no cartilage left at the back of my knee. This meant that I could walk with moderate pain, but climbing steps was terribly painful. The doctor recommended a lubricant injection, a steroid injection, or, if those failed, a knee replacement. I was 56.
A friend of mine suggested softwave. When I started with Jared, I asked him if people had to keep coming back continually. He said no. They just got better. I was skeptical.
I finished a whole round of treatment and I was a lot better, but I still had a ways to go. I finished almost another complete round. When I stopped coming in for treatments, I felt ninety five percent better. I thought that I would probably stay at that "almost well" stage. I was satsfied. But here I am a couple years later, and I'm even better than when i finished treatment. I very rarely think about my knee, and when I do, I think, "Wow, no pain." It's really just so amazing I had to share.

After my BIL got Softwave treatment for a partially torn labrum and regained 95% of his mobility and strength, I decided to give it a try. The results have been better than I hoped. I had my knees and feet treated several times and they feel so much better! In addition to helping my cranky arthritic knees, I was surprised at how fast Softwave dissolved muscle tightness in my hamstrings. That was a game changer for me. Thanks Jared and Paul!

I recently had a SoftWave therapy session with Jared on my pinky. I dislocated it two years ago, and a few months ago the pain came back whenever I closed my fist or bumped it the wrong way. After just one session, I can already close my pinky without any pain! Highly recommend giving this therapy a try

About 10 years I injured my hip while skiing and I went to see Jared. He said it would take a number of sessions with the Softwave to get it back to normal, but much to both our surprise, it only took 1 session and it has not bothered me once since.
So it was a no brainer when I started to have hand and foot pain as well as my wife having pain in her shoulder. We made arrangements and flew in from Arizona and Jared treated us twice in 2 days. My hand is pain free and I have relief in my foot, but will probably take a few more sessions to be pain free.
I highly recommend Jared and his magic machine for any pains you might be experiencing. He is great and shares my love for Trout!🤪
