The clinic offers comprehensive cognitive evaluation and care planning, with a focus on memory assessment and dementia workup. Dr. Tervort is very knowledgeable and highly sought after in his field. He helped my son with his concussion recovery with sincere care and patience. Highly recommend Dr. Thomas Tervort!

Do not go here. I did as they asked and filled out their online form twice. And when I went to my appointment that day they refused to see me. I was very upset when they said they didn’t receive the form which I know I completed. And the fact when I arrived the girls at the front desk were very inconsiderate and rude. Why would anyone even want to go to place like this for concussions.

The treatment and progress I have seen from therapies provided by neural effects has been very beneficial. However the front desk can be less then friendly. They also will never call back or respond to messages without follow up. Only a problem because the office closes frequently and holds irregular hours so they are hard to schedule with to begin with. I have also had 3 appts at 8 am to find no one available to let the therapist in and as a result had shorter appointments. Very frustrating after driving 45 minutes to get there. The lack of tools to use at home dwindle quickly after the first several visits to a point where I feel most of the therapies can be done at home and the benefits of coming to the office greatly decreases. Tele therapy needs to be more widely available, especially since you have access to the app where the therapist can track your progress on your phone!
