Great staff great place! The Doctor really takes the time to understand and explain any questions or concerns you have. They did everything they could to make things the easiest for my husband and i and we’re so happy to be involved with empathetix now.

Courtney helped me and my friend on one occasion and we both individually took note of her customer service and kind nature. Then weeks later when I called one time about something else, I could tell simply by her treatment that it was the same person. I didn't identify her by name or voice. It was by the unique fingerprint of her personality, which is caring and patient. I just thought she deserves some recognition on that. And, she's not the only one every single person I've talked to here - no exaggeration it's the best group of customer service people I've dealt with in Utah. I promise you that's a calculated statement. I always leave reviews for places I frequent. And this place both with their compassionate mission and the way they carry it out - is a real outlier. If you like dealing with places that know how to treat people, go here they're the best one I guarantee it.
