I was a fan of red light therapy before going to Lume Light Wellness. I took advantage of an advertised special. I met with Liza, who is very personable and easy to interact with. She listened to my concerns and we agreed on a plan that fits me and my goals. The red light bed is in a room that allows privacy. The bed is cleaned after every person. The vibration machine works in conjunction with the red light therapy. I lost a couple inches after one session. I am currently using red light therapy for fat loss but getting the benefits for circulation and inflammation. I recommend this, five stars plus!

Lume Light Wellness is clean and professional. I noticed a difference in my skin even after the first session. I love that they understand the body and the importance of movement using the vibration plate after the light session. This really helps the body detox after the light session.
