Absolutely incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, calming, and professional. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the benefits and proper protocols, which made the experience feel both safe and effective. The cold plunge and cryotherapy themselves where next-level — invigorating, refreshing, and exactly what my body and mind needed. I walked out feeling energized, clear-headed, and noticeably less sore. You can tell this place is serious about wellness and recovery, not just trends. If you’re looking to improve recovery, mental clarity, stress resilience, or overall performance, this spot is a must. I’ll 100% be back and highly recommend it to anyone serious about their health.

I’ve honestly never been more impressed with a wellness center. As a personal trainer I’ve been to a lot of recovery centers and this tops all of them. If you’re in need of any type of recovery this facility has it. I did a yoga class and the contrast therapy tonight and can’t wait to go back to try everything else! The facility was also spotless. It was so clean and inviting and I was just so relaxed the entire time! Thank you Deliberate!

Absolutely love Deliberate Wellness! Truly a one-stop-shop. This is the only place I’ve found that has everything under one roof - contrast therapy, red light therapy, cryotherapy, dry float bed, cryo-facials and cryo-slimming, yoga and Pilates classes, vitamin injections and IV drips, hyperbaric oxygen chamber… I could go on and on! The staff is phenomenal. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The space is gorgeous - calming and trendy with the best vibes and the best smell (from the cedar wood in the saunas). I especially love the red light therapy, contrast therapy, and vitamin injections! We rented the full studio for my friend’s birthday and it was 1000/10. So much fun. I can’t wait to come back!
