I worked with Treona for a year before I had to move away. I have had many different therapists over the years and most of them did not really help and nothing ever really stuck. But I found some real breakthroughs and changes in my life due to Treona. She is very caring and thoughtful. She is never judgmental and always understanding. I had severe anxiety and depression and she was able to assist me in changing my thoughts, feelings, and actions to help me in overcoming my challenges. I am not completely healed, but through the thoughtful care and guidance of Treona, I am definitely a much better man than I was before we met. I would highly recommend her to anyone that has any issues or difficulties that they are dealing with. She has an easy to locate office, she was able to accommodate my schedule, and I was able to meet with her every week. She can be a valuable assistance in your life if you choose to seek therapy with her.

I completed 20 sessions of neurofeedback therapy over 6 month with Treona and all I can say is that the results have been life changing. It's much easier for me to stay in a calm, patient mindset. My ability to focus has increased. I've been able to more easily bring curiosity and empathy into my everyday interactions. Treona was very supportive during the entire process. She was always available to help me understand the process, to check in on my progress, and make adjustments as needed. I really looked forward to our sessions each week. I highly recommend exploring neurofeedback with Treona if you are looking for an option beyond traditional CBT or talk therapy.

It's hard to state just how amazing Treona is as a therapist/neurofeedback practitioner and a caring person. I'm Audhd and it was easy communicating with Treona. She was patient, thoughtful, confirmed her understanding with me and even reflected on sessions afterward. She is what people expect when they want a doctor to work *with* them. She truly listened and incorporated my input in her solutions. I had a very unconventional issue that required an unconventional approach. Whereas my last neurofeedback practitioner forced my issues into standard solutions (which didn't work), Treona was willing to include my ideas and even modify them. She managed to find the perfect balance of including my feedback with her knowledge base to create a unique solution/protocol that honestly has changed my life. I cannot thank and recommend her enough. *High five!*
