Scheduled a private sauna session, when I showed up it was double booked and I was told we could come back later. I booked a session for later that day and when we showed up the sauna was not turned on and we were told it was not possible to sauna that day. Both times I booked was at least over an hour before the session so plenty of time to contact me if there was any issue.
Mistakes are understandable but the front desk lady both times was a bit rude making it seem it was my fault somehow. I was told, the second time I showed up, that I should have called even though they have online booking and I confirmed I was showing up through the booking system. When I showed up the second time she was lounging in the massage chair and obviously not paying any attention to their system. She never apologized, just said next time try calling and she just seemed bothered by the inconvenience.

Just want to add clarification. The wait was for an hour not 35mins (anyone can check how long a session is online) we understand mistakes happen and we're fine to come back later, we gave the salt cave a try it just wasn't something we wanted to spend an hour doing.
On the second visit there was no offer to turn on the sauna, we were told it was too late in the day to turn it on as it takes quite awhile to heat up, I would have been completely fine to wait 10 minutes.
Again mistakes happen, but the 1 star is not for mistakes but the general attitude we received on both visits and not even a meaniful "sorry our bad" type of apology from the front desk lady.
The response to this post deflecting and shifting blame was the same energy we recieved in person. Could have been an easy fix.

This is a well run massage/spa business with an inviting and warm atmosphere. Very professional. And the massage chairs in the front area are a true added bonus! Brittney is knowledgeable and professional, and provides an excellent massage.

Hands down 10/10 experience!! I the did red light therapy bed which I’ve done at other places before but they were nothing like this. It had 6 different settings that were tailored to your specific need, e.g. weight loss, anti-aging, inflammation, etc! They give you a plush body inclusive sized robe, which as a plus size girl that means A LOT!! Then I did this private steam pod treatment that hydrated my skin. It had relaxing light settings and the bed vibrated during the treatment. I left out of there feeling like I had a great workout with relaxing massage after! The facility and staff are also lovely! I’ll be back for sure!

I was initially excited to return here because my first massage was excellent. I booked an appointment with Angela, who was highly skilled, professional, and made the experience feel truly restorative. Based on that, I trusted that the level of care across all therapists would be equally high. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced.
At my most recent visit, I had an appointment with Riche, and the experience was extremely disappointing. For a $170 massage, the level of skill and professionalism simply wasn’t there. Riche seemed disjointed and unconfident throughout the session, repeatedly asking if she was “doing okay.” Even after I clearly explained where I needed focus, she appeared confused and had to ask multiple times if she was “getting it.” Rather than being able to relax, I spent the session having to constantly guide her — something no client should have to do during a professional service.
Midway through the massage, she also made an unnecessary comment about the polish on my toes, pointing out that only my big toes still had polish left. It was an awkward and unprofessional remark that had nothing to do with the service, and it made me feel even more uncomfortable during an already disappointing session.
Although I felt increasingly agitated, I didn’t stop the massage at the time — I didn’t want to make a scene — but looking back, I truly wish I had. Maybe management would have responded better or taken more seriously that the massage had left me tense and bothered.
After the appointment, the front desk didn’t ask how everything was. I called after I left to explain what had happened, and the person I spoke to said someone would call me back. No one ever did. I also reached out privately to the business through their website to express my concerns, giving them another opportunity to respond directly. Again, they never replied — no apology, no acknowledgment, no offer to make things right. Their silence speaks volumes about their approach to customer care, and it’s what ultimately prompted me to take the time from my very busy schedule to write this unfortunate review.
A business that charges premium prices should deliver consistent quality and show respect for their clients’ experiences — both during and after services. Sadly, that was not my experience here. I had been recommending this center to friends after my first visit, but I can no longer do so in good conscience.
