Few months I decided to order a red light panel. At first I was a little weary of ordering of this company, but I got a great panel at a really good price. Since I’ve been ordering all my supplements from them, with very little issue. There have been times they have been out of stock but that usually is resolved quickly. Once they were out of a particular supplement i take regularly but they recommend a comparable replacement which worked out perfectly, the staff was very knowledgeable. I decided to take another leap and do a wellness consult. That process was rather easy and honestly I was very surprised and pleased with how it went. They were able to pin point my issue and suggest a regiment of supplements that I wouldn’t even think about and I am leaps and bounds in my health from where I was, I am very grateful I decided to give them a chance. I really like how they can provide supplements (for cheaper than most place) but they aren’t pushy about it which really gave me the feeling they actually cared. I highly recommend them.

Crooks and liars. Spoke with Aaron through email on a supplement order. Said it was shipped out. No tracking number. Been over a week with no response for a tracking number no response to many email. Calling better business bureau and now calling my bank on fraud. There website doesn’t have a phone number.. PEOPLE BE WARE SERIOUSLY!

Adding on to my original review and revising it from 1 to 3 stars. The hand cradle eventually arrived. Living Well Today worked with me and Zyto to make sure this got remedied. The whole process was still too long and cumbersome because Zyto (drop shipper) made 2 additional mistakes in my order: ground shipping instead of expedited and sending 2 packages one of which had to be returned while providing me the tracking number of the returned package. While I can't give this interaction a 5-star review, Living Well is an honest company that worked with me to correct the mistake. I will be posting another review as my treatment progresses after Zyto scan. I ordered a zyto hand cradle but it never arrived. The company claims it drop shipped from the manufacturer but did not provide a tracking number nor followed up on its promise to check the order status with the manufacturer. When I checked with the manufacturer directly, they did not have a record of this order claiming that the credit card was declined. However, Living Well managed to charge my credit card. Both companies keep pointing at each other with no resolution. I'll be filing a dispute with my bank until this is resolved.

I saw Mr. Michael Payne on 5 Dec 2019 at 1:30 PM. I arrived 30 minutes earlier to fill out the necessary forms. I found Michael to be very kind, knowledgeable, and sensitive to my medical needs. Upon driving to his office, I didn't think I would make it due to severe abdominal cramps, fatigue and overall just feeling yuck. I feel Michael took the necessary time with me to provide the services needed per the ZYTO cradle. I utilized many of the "light therapy rooms" and felt like a new person upon leaving the office. Prior to leaving the office an invoice was given. There were 2 supplements that were not in stock that needed to be order. I paid for one and the front desk was due to order the other medication. I asked several times about the 2 medications but was reassured by the receptionist that nothing else was needed. It wasn't true. I had to make several more calls, send more emails before anyone answered. What poor customer service. I explained to Debbie and Julia of my calls not being returned and email not answered. I was told it was better to reach them by email. I should receive the medication that I paid for sometime this week, although I paid for it on 5 Dec 2019. I was told that the supplier in UT had it on back order. I received an email yesterday. Also I ordered 3 supplements yesterday that "should arrive" this week. This review is about poor customer service at Living Well Today in Henrico, VA. Prior to making an appointment I read the reviews for the office. Some good, however the majority of them have the same complaint as I do...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Individuals are trying to contact the office from everywhere and to be sent to a voice mail that no one answers is not professional. Not everyone has access to email!!! I informed Mr. Michael Payne by phone yesterday, 13 Jan 20 about the poor customer service at the front desk. He didn't seem that concerned about it. Just said "it should be fixed in FEB. How about that?" I also told him other clients had posted their reviews about the poor customer service communication and getting needed supplements. An office is only as effective as the front desk. Perhaps Mr. Michael Payne has many clients who are willing to deal with such unprofessionalism. I feel those who are truly dissatisfied with the services will increase and over time will seek a more professional office.
