I can't say enough about these people. Everyone is friendly, helpful and sincere. Dr. Cramer loves her patients and you can tell. Sarah, the NP, is amazing and can make anyone feel better and Dr. Quarles is the dude to see if you have had some brain injury, need any type of physical rehab on a top shelf level. Not always easy to get a fast appointment with a couple of them, but with the wait.

They only care about you if you want to be a lab rat. Jill Kramer is very unprofessional and doesn’t care about her patients. I have primary progressive MS there is no other neurologist in Roanoke and she dropped me so I have no way to get it and get my muscle relaxers to get my Prozac. She doesn’t care about you at all. Just know that

I am 74 years old, have had MS for 22 years so I have been to a lot of doctors offices and I can say I have had great experiences with Dr Jill Cramer and the staff. I couldn't be more pleased.

I can't say enough good things about everyone here! Dr Quarles not only is a great neurologist but he genuinely cares about his patients and takes time to listen. The staff is very friendly and it's overall a great environment. Highly recommend if you need a neurologist!
