If I could give 0 stars, I would. I received excellent care & follow up by Melanie while I was a patient at RVA Health & Wellness only to receive an email stating that my care would be transferred to another location with providers I have never met. I'm uncomfortable going to a new location on top of a new provider that I have NEVER met and does not know anything about me. I was referred to Melanie by a colleague of mine that also received care from Melanie, now we are both stuck trying to figure out what to do next!! Melnie was very knowledgeable & exudes great confidence in BHRT care, which will be a huge loss for RVA Health and Wellness.

Great and knowledgeable staff. Melaine is well versed in the field of BHRT and truly has her patients best interest at heart. She is now my ‘go to’ person for hormone replacement therapy for as long as I live in VA. She never once withheld any information from me about the procedure, the possible risks and benefits. Truly ca not say enough about this place. Check them out and schedule your appointment today, men if your over the age of 45, it does not hurt to have your T-levels looked at and get an expert opinion on what to do next; especially if your tired, sluggish and have unexplained weight gain. Melaine is truly exceptional and will not ‘sugar coat’ things with you as the patient because there is no need when it come to your health and how she is going to treat you. She makes you feel like no one else matters during the time you spend with her, she is only focused on you and your needs to feeling better. RVA Health and Wellness has my business and there are other places but nothing like the attention to detail you will receive here. I was referred here by a friend to see Melanie. Saw her many times, She was awesome! Very knowledgeable, friendly, addressed any of my concerns. Then recently got an email that she will no longer be seeing me and I have to go to another location for services, with someone totally new. I will not be going back to RVA health & wellness.
