I visited Stephanie for a Botox treatment at 8130 Boone Blvd, Suite 250, Vienna. She saw me on a Friday when no other staff or patients were present and administered what she stated was 50 units of Botox. I was told to return in two weeks from (October 3, 2025) for a follow-up touch-up. Since that appointment, I have made numerous attempts to contact Stephanie for the scheduled follow-up, with no response. Concerned that something may have happened, I went to the office in person. The front desk staff informed me that Stephanie was in the office but unavailable to speak, and that she would call me back but She never did. At this point, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the practice and Stephanie’s lack of professionalism and communication. I also have serious concerns about the treatment itself, as I noticed little to no improvement in wrinkle relaxation, which makes me question whether the injection was performed properly or as represented. Due to the complete lack of follow-up, accountability, and transparency, I do not recommend this practice to anyone.
