I am so grateful to Olympic Spine & Sports Therapy. I came in with sciatica pain that I had been dealing with for YEARS due to some bad car accidents. I am only 33 years old and I hear terrible walking, sleeping, working out anything that had to do with my back. Which was pretty much everything. It was hard for me to lift things. I had to take my groceries in one bag at a time. After being exhausted from the constant pain I had been feeling I made a consultation appointment with Dr. Shelley. Seeing how hard it was for me to walk and after explaining my symptoms they told me I NEEDED this treatment desperately. (And they were right). They took many x rays and reviewed with their team. They devised a treatment plan that would work for me. They were friendly and explained things in a way I could easily understand. I am so happy to say that after a short six weeks they have healed me. I can walk, I can run and dance and lift things with no problem. I feel like a new person and am so thankful I found them. All of the doctors and staff are fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. You can put your trust in them and you will see results. Thank you to all those who helped me on this journey. (Dr. Shelley, Dr. Don, Dr. Webb, Sophia and Dylan). I am a new woman and loving my life again. Thank you so much. I am eternally grateful 🥹

I had constant pinching pain in my shoulder anytime I used it or moved. It had been going on for several years and got progressively worse in the last 6 months. It made it hard for me to sleep, open a jar or reach back without intense pain. A friend of mine recommended treatment at Olympic so I thought I’d give it a chance, and after the first appointment I felt changes for the better! Now the pain is much more tolerable, I can do my regular work, household chores, and sleep through the night! I can work out, enjoy my activities more, and just feel better! I wish I had found Dr. Shelley sooner! I’ve started yoga and joined a woman’s sailing team, back to crafting and just enjoying life more. I am not short tempered with my family anymore, and I don’t have to have my co-workers reach things for me. The staff at Olympic are amazing, they are so knowledgeable and friendly! The treatment you receive at Olympic is unique to the individual, they listen to you and what you need! Thanks so much for giving me my life back pain free, well mostly! I’ll take 80% for now!

The capabilities and compassion at Olympic Spine and Sports Therapy are next level. I started seeing them because I had some pretty intensive spinal surgery. My back was stiff, there was a fair amount of pain, and there were concerns about what this would mean for my life moving forward. The professionals here were very considerate, spent a lot of time answering my questions, and put me on an intensive program that made a world of difference. I have no back pain now (except for when I do something foolish - but that's kind of my fault) and have a lot of confidence in my body and what I'm capable of. I strongly recommend them for physical therapy and even trying to figure out what is going on with your body. Thank you so much!
