Ive been to a couple Pain Dr's. Before Dr. Velling . His office and staff make me feel so grateful to be a patient with them. What impresses me the Most is before all my procedures and I've got a bit of anxiety is he will get down to my eye level and speak so softly about the procedure im having and puts me more at ease. Can't say enough about his clinic ! So grateful

I recently had my first steroid injection with Dr Velling and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Walking into the office, I was a bit nervous, but Dr. Velling immediately put me at ease with his warm and friendly demeanor. He took the time to greet me with a smile and made sure I felt comfortable in the environment. What impressed me the most was his extensive knowledge of the procedure. He talked me through every step, explaining what to expect and addressing any concerns I had. His ability to communicate clearly and patiently helped alleviate my anxiety, making the entire experience much more pleasant than I anticipated. Dr. Velling was not only professional but also truly seems to care about his patients. You can tell he is dedicated to providing the best care possible. He listened attentively to my concerns and made me feel valued as a patient, which is something I really appreciate. It's rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with genuine compassion. After my procedure, I felt confident in my decision to trust him with my care, and I will absolutely return to Dr. Velling if I need ANY further procedures done for my back. I completely trust him and have no doubts about the quality of care I will receive. In summary, I had an outstanding experience, and I can’t recommend Dr. Velling enough! I give him 10 stars for his professionalism, knowledge, and the genuine care he provides to his patients. If you're seeking a doctor who truly has your best interests at heart. Excellent service from the Doctor, very caring and friendly when conversing with me. He is also very knowledgeable in his field of expertise. Doctor Velling takes the time to hear you out and hear about your concerns. I just trust him completely!
