What a wonderful experience at NeuroStim TMS! Crystal, Marina and Hannah were amazing and provided world-class customer service. From the moment I came into the Seattle office until I left I was treated with kindness, respect and warmth. Crystal is the CEO’s wife and introduced herself to me. I was nervous about the process and she assured me I was in great hands. Hannah provided a great greeting and orientation and Marina was the technician who was super easy to communicate and work with. Her hand written card she gave me at the end of the day felt like a note from Jesus. Thank you Marina! A few days after the treatment I am feeling significantly better with no symptoms. I’m a believer and would highly recommend NeuroStim TMS. Thank you Crystal, you are an angel!

Getting myself to try something new was the hard part! Once I arrived, met the team and started treatment I knew I was in a safe, non-judgemental, caring environment. Every single practitioner that I worked with went above and beyond to listen, respond, and be accessible. They were knowledgeable, compassionate, and sometimes funny! I just finished treatment and have started to feel some shifts and my husband has noticed little changes. I look forward to continue improvement as I move forward. I am grateful for this opportunity and would highly encourage anyone who struggles with depression and anxiety to try TMS! You would be welcomed with open hearts and open minds!

This TMS provider is great! The staff, including Tasha, Jessica, Kaitlyn, Ki'i, Rachel, and one other lady whose name I cannot remember (I'm so sorry!), were all extremely polite, courteous and professional. They were always able to answer any questions I had and tried to make me as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this location and team! The office is clean, comfortable, and safe with an amazing staff!
