Edit in my junk mail I got another response saying they will resubmit. It's been a few weeks since that email and I haven't gotten anything in the mail so I'll wait to see what happens but leaving this up I started here seeing Dr. Marco about 8 years ago and he was truly amazing. This was at their old practice where I believe it was just him in the tiny building. My insurance has always been accepted and I've paid a co pay. Fast forward to 2025 I decided to see Dr Brenna Regan and all seemed decent although she was pretty spacy I thought I'd give her a few appts since it was confirmed she took my insurance and I even saw Dr Boone while Dr Regan was on maternity leave and I paid my 35 dollar copay and that was that. I was excited to see Dr Regan when she got back from her leave. She was late to my 40 min appt..whatever that happens. What she didn't tell me was she charges for going over time. She charged me 70 out of pocket for extended time. The 2nd and last appt she was 20 mins late to our 40 min appt and the appt technically went on 1 hour because she spent 40 mins with me despite being 20 mins late and she charged another 70 dollars. I got the bills all at once for 140 total. This is poor time management and very unprofessional. I've always been told to stay away from naturopaths as a lot are scammy and I didn't believe it but now I do. I emailed questioning about it and they basically said eh contact the Dr or here is her assistant you can email. I emailed and that was a waste of time. I'm out 140 dollars without being told up front the Dr will just tack on dollars if they go over time even with them being late as hell. I've never been to a place so unprofessional and this Dr definitely just wants your money. The other two doctors didn't do this Dr Marco and Dr Boone so not sure what Dr Regan is doing but the fact the office is ok with it is very concerning.

I have been a patient at Seattle Integrative Medicine for over a decade. Dr. Marco is amazing, caring and really listens. He has helped guide me through years of weird neurological issues that no traditional doctor could figure out. (I was literally told by a gold star neurologist specialist that I should just "wait and see - it could be MS in ten years"... Thankfully Dr. Marco's bedside manner is a 180 to that experience. :) I have also seen Dr. Evans for chronic gut issues and Dr. McCarty for women's health. Both are amazing and thorough and are, again, the only doctors who have been able to help with chronic issues. I love their holistic approach and kind professionalism. The fantastic women who run the front desk are also top notch! They are smart, kind, professional and always know the ins and outs of what I need for each visit. Can't say enough wonderful things about this clinic. I refer everyone I know who is looking for a new provider.

Dr. McCarty is great. I felt like she really listened to me. I had asked my gynecologist to test my hormone levels, and when my testosterone levels came back high, she referred me to a an endocrinologist. I decided to go see Dr. McCarty instead, who did multiple tests and diagnosed me with PCOS. She was able to treat me with a more natural approach, rather than birth control. My body finally felt normal again after about 6 months. Her staff is always very nice and helpful. They always respond to emails and ship out my orders quickly.
