The new front office staff sucks! The Ben guy that answers the phone is less terms incompetent! The Elizabeth is nice but not very helpful! I had to go without meds over a weekend because nothing was communicated to my provider.!! Where is Donny and Justin? Are they no longer with the company? They were the best! You need to have them train your new people. Talk about incompetency!! Horrible service. Your point of contact is important for any establishment and this combination you have now have very huge shoes to fill!
