I think my therapist is helpful and effective, but I was disappointed by the TMS treatment I received. Well, more for the lack of support from the doctor while going through and completing the TMS. After my initial visit with her, I never spoke to her again, even at the conclusion of the treatment. It was disappointing.

Dr. O'Reilly is the most professional, kind, knowledgeable, and open minded therapist I’ve had the pleasure of talking with. It’s an eye opening experience. Honestly I needed to seek her experience way sooner!

Dr. CJ Haynes has helped me so much the past year I have been seeing her. As someone with CPTSD and Autism I have struggled with an inability to self regulate my emotions, especially when my past trauma is triggered. She has taught me coping skills and educated me on ways to instantly reset my nervous system. She gives me “homework” to do during the week to help me independently put in the work needed to help me utilize the skills I am learning. It makes it easier to practice them when Im not having an active crisis. Her therapeutic approach is gentle, but she is not hesitant to hold me accountable for owning my part in times of conflict. She is approachable, friendly, and makes me feel safe. She has so much knowledge to offer and I like that her responses and suggestions are helpful and not just “fluffy” replies similar to active listening responses, like “yeah” and “uh huh”. I feel heard. I feel seen. I don't feel like a diagnosis. I feel like a person, and she gives me hope in myself and the possibility that someday I will be better than just okay. If you or your loved one have autism, adhd, anxiety, depression, PTSD, CPTSD, and/or are a survivor of domestic violence and/or survivor of sexual assault…she would be a great choice! Im sure she has more areas of expertise and experience, but those are some of my wonderful issues she is helping me cope with. I wish you luck in your own journey to wellness!
