Dr. Noel is amazing! I have been looking for a solution for my cervical dystonia for 20+ years and Dr. Noel is the first doctor that has been able to help! I am forever grateful and blessed to be under the care of Dr. Cedrick Noel with Brain and Body rehabilitation. I had a hard fall and suffered several fractures of my vertebrae, pelvis, and broken left elbow and wrist. Under Dr. Noel's care with pulse therapy, today, at his six week check, he has healed enough to graduate out of a wheelchair. Can start walking and use the stairs again! thank you for his awesome pulse magnetic machines that help me heal fast and help recovery!
