Patient reviews

I did not have a good experience with this clinic or Dr prewitt. I initially went in for an appointment, and they told me I needed an ultrasound. I waited weeks and never heard back. I had to follow up myself just to get it scheduled. Once I finally had the ultrasound, it came back abnormal. I immediately tried calling the clinic to schedule an appointment to speak with the doctor. Every time I called, I was told the doctor was unavailable and that they didn’t know when she would return. That was back in April, and to this day, I have not received a single follow-up or phone call from the office. Out of concern for my health, I ended up making an appointment with a different gynecologist. Today, I called to request my medical records, and I was told the system was down and they couldn’t access them. After everything, this was just another frustrating experience. I went to touchstone to retrieve my information. I’m not sure what kind of clinic they are trying to run here, but this is not the kind of care women deserve. If you’re looking for a practice that communicates, follows up, and takes your health seriously — this is not the place.

Went for my first annual check up in Dallas with Dr MaryAnn Prewitt and to say I will never schedule here again is an understatement. The previous bad reviews I read were all true. It took 3 reschedules to finally see the doc. After the appointment in June, I never got my results. I called maybe 6 times over 3 months, left maybe 3 voicemails, sent two texts. Nothing. Finally, now, in AUGUST they finally answered the phone, and sent me my results by text (even though when asked how I would like my results, I asked by phone or email). Dr Prewitts response to all this when I called extremely upset? That they had issues with the portal. When I brought up that issues with the portal don’t last three months and the correct way to handle this is to actually call patients back and tell them there is supposed problem with the portal instead of ignoring them for three months? Her response: let’s forget about the past and talk about the reason you are calling. Not even an apology. Will never go back here again. So unprofessional.

Nope! I chose this practice because all the reviews and near my home. We moved from NYC. Had a yearly. Expressed concern over a mass in right breast. Was dismissed. I insisted on a full mammogram. She agreed after selling over priced vitamins and spent more time telling me how many vitamins I was lacking and needed to buy these special monthly vitamins. I signed up. A month later go Solaris for a mammogram I have a lump in my LEFT breast! When results came i got a call from her to tell me I had cancer and where to go because she doesn't deal with this. Heard and fair. Yep and she hung up after telling to go to medical city. NEVER hear from her office until they call for my year later for breast and pap. I've had to have both removed! Now because I'm an idiot. I sent my teen daughter to her for her first pap. She DOESN'T preform the service but writes her a script for birth control! No issue with the birth control but not exam?!? Woman should retire from medicine and just do fillers
