Have not had my pellets done yet, but I had my first consultation over the phone and ignite HRT is definitely my place. The gentleman that I spoke with, I believe his name is Mathew, took his time. Let me interrupt him, because I do that a lot.:) he answered all of my questions. I have had hormones in the past and it’s been about three years since I’ve had the last round of pellets and for what he is charging this is an amazing deal. I’m not kidding you, if you have depression, brain fog, you’re a woman and you’re gaining weight around your midriff. These pellets are a game changer! I can’t wait to get back on my pellets again! Dr. Brown is amazing! I have been working with him for almost two years, and I highly recommend his services. My treatment was specifically for weight loss, but he also offers hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for both men and women. He is intelligent yet down-to-earth, explaining things in a way that I can easily understand. He takes the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. Dr. Brown is incredibly kind, non-judgmental, and shows a lot of compassion. He customized my weight loss treatment plan and made me feel like he saw me as a person rather than just a source of income. I used assisted medication for weight loss, but Dr. Brown also provided assistance with workouts and dietary advice. His approach is well-rounded and focused on making lasting lifestyle changes. Dr. Brown is honestly the best medical provider I’ve ever seen. He actually listens. He’s attentive. He makes time. He asks questions and is fully present the entire time. He doesn't just rattle off information or rush through the appointment like so many others do. Unlike a lot of these online HRT providers, Dr. Brown genuinely cares. He’s thoughtful, engaged, and clearly invested in his patients. I don’t get passed off to a nurse or squeezed in for a five-minute check-in. When I go in, he’s the one I meet with. He takes the time and gives his full attention. It’s probably the best healthcare experience I’ve ever had. Definitely one of the best. I researched nine different clinics before choosing him, and I’m really glad I didn’t go with the cheapest option. He’s only slightly more than his competitors, but the level of care he provides is worth every bit of it. If you’re considering HRT, book a phone consultation. That one conversation will show you exactly what I mean. I’m not going to keep quiet about something this good. People deserve to know that there are still providers out there who care. His office is almost 25 miles from where I live, and I truly hate driving in traffic. But I still make that drive regularly because it’s worth it to have that kind of one-on-one care. This isn’t a rushed, transactional appointment. It’s a real experience where you feel heard and supported. Thanks Dr. Brown for being you and for changing the game in healthcare. The world needs more people like you in it.

I was feeling off for months tired all the time and no energy. Decided to check out this clinic and see if it was hormone stuff. They ran tests and explained the results clear so I knew what was going on. Started a treatment plan and within weeks I felt like myself again. They really know what they doing and the doctor took time to answer all my questions. It wasn’t a cookie cutter plan either they tailored it to me. Clinic was clean and staff friendly too. If you feel off I recommend getting checked here. Changed my life.
