From the moment I walked into the Institute for Hormonal Balance in Arlington until the moment I walked out, my experience was excellent. This was my first visit, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. A good friend referred me, and she was absolutely right about everything. The entire visit was smooth, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. I was there for just about an hour, and every step flowed seamlessly. The staff made me feel genuinely welcome, and even the paperwork was a breeze since most of my information was already completed. Once I was taken back to the exam room, the momentum continued. Everything moved along efficiently without ever feeling rushed. My nurse kept me well informed throughout the process, which I truly appreciated. Before I knew it, I was finished and on my way. I left feeling cared for, respected, and confident in the quality of care I received. I truly believe I’ve found my place, and I am so grateful for such a wonderful first experience. Yes indeed, I highly recommend!

My first time, and I LOVED IT! EVERYONE was beyond AMAZING! My provider Amy, was FANTASTIC!! Very helpful and insightful, friendly and patient! The staff in the front were nice and friendly with big smiles. Felt very warm and comforting

Today was my first visit at Well Med Park Springs. I could not be more pleased. The appointment started precisely as scheduled. The nurse was personable, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt listened to by the doctor. The experience exceeded my expectations and frankly what I’ve experienced is recent years. I look forward to the partnership. Thank you!
