Prosper Health- Texas

I had to visit the Emergency Department at Texas Health Prosper in the middle of the night due to a kidney stone. From the moment we arrived, the staff were kind, professional, and efficient. I was taken to a room immediately and they quickly administered IV medication to help manage my pain. Even though Prosper isn’t the closest hospital to my home, I wouldn’t hesitate to return if I ever need urgent care again. Highly recommend!

Such a bad un professional way of running a hospital. My wife had an appointment for blood work at 10:45, she checked in 10:40 am, they make my wife wait for almost one hour. She asked 3 times the receptionist, they keep on saying 5 min 5 min 5 min. At 11:25 my wife asked it’s almost an hour delay what is the reason, staff saying there are many people for blood work, is this an acceptable reason for one hour delay? Why these stupid appointment system them?

Horrible experience at the Family Medicine office. I’d urge you to go elsewhere. First, I scheduled my appointment. When I arrived, they said I didn’t have an appointment. I showed them that I was on the phone with them for 16 minutes the day before and they had confirmed my appointment for 10 am. Second, I completed labs with them. I didn’t hear back and after 13 days I called to check on them. The front office assistant said she had no idea where the sample was taken to and had no update. Doctor later confirmed that mistakes were made and sample ended up not having a patient identifier so it got lost. Unbelievable. Please go somewhere else.
