Dr Rowhanian took his time to educate me and did not try to sell me anything. He said he wants to make sure I understand all the treatments before I get anything. Nurse Fatima is just amazing. She said I can call her anytime any day if I have a question about a treatment I am interested even if I am not getting it from Refresh Med Spa LA. I appreciate not being pressured and they made me feel very comfortable. My favorite products are now from Refresh Med Spa LA. Their Vitamin C serum, Anti-aging Retinol Pads and Hydrating SPF. 11/18/2025 I have been using their products now for about five years. Just had my RF facial with Smooth Skin laser together and it feels so good. My new combo if You’re don’t have time for RF Microneedling with cool peel laser facial.

I had a wonderful experience at Refresh Med Spa. The doctor and nurse were very informative and knowledgeable about skincare and clearly knows what they are doing. They took their time and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I received a laser facial, and it made my skin feel tight and bright. Just what I needed before my daughter’s wedding. I felt so beautiful and received so many compliments on my skin. I will definitely be returning!

I had the most incredible experience at this Med Spa today! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how elegant, clean, and welcoming the space was. I came in for a facial and left feeling completely refreshed and cared for. Dr. Kia and Nurse Fatima were both exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and kind. It made all the difference knowing I was in the hands of medical professionals who truly understand skin and wellness. Their expertise and attention to detail immediately put me at ease. This is by far the best Med Spa experience I’ve had, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality care in a beautiful setting. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
