Dr. Rand may be the best kept secret in medicine. I started his program a year ago after experiencing severe weight-gain, extremely low energy, lack of motivation and profound signs of aging beyond my years (I was 46 at the time). Nothing helped. After a simple blood test Dr. Rand & his nutritionist Dave were able to diagnose my issues in ways no other practitioner had before. I was placed on hormone therapy and a new diet & supplement routine, and within weeks everything was getting better. My mood, energy, workout & diet results, motivation & even success at work all turned around for the better. But here’s the thing. It all kept getting better & better. People started to really notice. Plus, my blood test results kept improving dramatically each time & after a year I am back to the body weight & energy levels I had in my 20’s. No bull. Best part of all, I experienced ZERO side effects & my outlook on life has done a complete 180 degree turn. I realize this review may sound too good to be true. I promise you it is not. It baffles me that such approaches to battling aging aren’t more widely available. Perhaps there’s some truth to the medical industry wanting to keep patients on the sicker side. But I can’t recommend Healthy Aging Centers highly enough. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Rand & the entire staff. They have tons of ways to help and all of them have worked wonders for me. When I came to see Dr Rand and Healthy Aging I had the typical issues of a 58year old man. Needless to say after 6 months on his program my diabetes has reversed and I lost body fat and gained muscle . He truly cares about his patients health and goes above and beyond any other doctor worked with. His staff is friendly and personable and I’m so happy to be have found him and be his patient. He cares about my overall health and asked me to check in weekly.
