My experience with the staff at the burn clinic has been quite poor. I have had three visits, and each time all of the staff are disinterested, rude, lazy, and late. Both of my first two visits, I was brought back one hour after my appointment time. For my last visit, I showed Up at 8:30 AM, my appointment time, and the staff wasn’t even there yet, and the lights were still off. They were all incredibly unprofessional… Laughing and joking with each other, being dismissive towards me, and Rolling their eyes when I expressed frustrations with them not being respectful of my time by not being there on time

If it weren't for the nurses and techs, I would give it a single star. I wish I could post a picture of the maime job done by the doctors in this unit. The nurses and the technicians are incredible, so I'm assuming they stole all of the common sense from the people responsible for actually running this joint

My 5 yr old daughter suffered from second and third degree burns on her hands. The staff was incredible with her. So kind, patient and thorough. Took care of her right away and everyone was kid friendly.
