I had an excellent experience with this orthopedic doctor. From the very first appointment, they were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand, and I never felt rushed during my visit. Their knowledge and expertise were very reassuring, and I felt confident that I was receiving the best possible care. The treatment plan was effective, and I’ve seen great improvement thanks to their guidance. I previously went to another doctor who tried two phenol applications before coming here. Dr. Lazovik told me she would use sodium hydroxide instead. She made a smaller incision in my toenail compared to what the other doctor did, but she jammed the stick pretty far into my toenail. Compared to my previous podiatrist who only lathered phenol liberally on the side of my toenail, I hope I never deal with the ingrown toenail again. Kind lady, and everybody working there was pleasant. Side note: there is NO parking garage, it has a yellow tape on the entrance. Building is a little disheveled, and the street parking is abysmal. Come at least a quarter or half hour early to your appointment to look for a parking spot or have someone drop you off or just take the bus. I got lucky and parked at the end of the block at the dead end.

Dr. Kenya Lazovik is thorough, knowledgeable and explains things well. She has correctly diagnosed and treated several of my foot issues that my previous podiatrist had misdiagnosed and treated improperly for years. Her staff also works well with my insurance for my yearly orthotics and orthopedic sneakers.
