How we make money

Regenerated.com is free for patients. Forever. We are funded by clinics that pay for listing tools and clearly labeled visibility — never for organic rank or a kinder evidence grade.

The short version

  • Patients never pay to search, read guides, or contact clinics through the directory.
  • Clinics may subscribe to claim and manage a profile, unlock verified profile tools, and buy Featured placements.
  • Featured is always labeled. It is advertising inventory, not a vetting upgrade.
  • Organic directory order and inclusion criteria are independent of spend.
  • Guides and blog articles are not for sale as endorsements.

What clinics can pay for

Claimed / managed profile

A flat subscription so a clinic can update its listing, present services accurately, and use clinic-facing tools (for example profile editing and analytics). Claiming does not bypass the inclusion bar described in How we vet clinics.

Verified profile tools

Richer profile features after identity checks. A verified or claimed badge means the clinic manages its information and met verification steps — not that it paid for a higher clinical score.

Labeled Featured / sponsored placement

Paid rotation or priority display on relevant hubs. Featured units are visually distinct and named as such. Featured never rewrites organic sort and never changes whether a clinic passed vetting.

What we never sell

  • Organic rank — position in unpaid directory results is not a product.
  • Vetting scores or inclusion — payment cannot buy a pass on credentials, NPI/OIG, or reputation checks.
  • Evidence grades or editorial verdicts — treatment/condition grades and guide conclusions are not advertising inventory.
  • Patient contact lists or pay-per-admit leads — we are not a lead broker.
  • Undisclosed native ads — sponsored units must be labeled.

How this relates to editorial content

Directory monetization (profiles and Featured) is separate from educational content. Clinics, supplement brands, and device makers do not pay for a warmer write-up in guides or the blog. See Editorial policy and the blog’s public standards at /blog/editorial-process/.

For clinics

If you run a regenerative clinic, start with claiming your listing. Pricing and packaging live on For clinics. If something on this page is unclear, use Contact — we would rather over-explain money than hide it.
