About this clinic

Inspire Weight Loss, located in Nutley, NJ, offers clinician-guided weight-loss programs combined with red-light therapy and laser therapy for body contouring. The clinic uses light-based modalities to support metabolic function and tissue remodeling as part of a structured weight-management approach. Treatment plans are individualized following an initial consultation, and the practice emphasizes sustainable outcomes rather than short-term interventions. Patients work with clinicians to integrate light therapy alongside dietary and lifestyle modifications. The clinic serves individuals pursuing evidence-based weight loss with a regenerative-medicine perspective, positioning light therapy as a complementary tool within a broader wellness protocol rather than a standalone solution.

I initially saw an ad for the red light therapy at Inspire by Nutley back in August and was curious about its potential for weight loss. After setting up a consultation with Dr. Donna, I decided to commit to the entire weight loss program, and I am so glad I did. Dr. Donna was extremely supportive right from the start, giving me so many different meal prep ideas and even suggesting good grocery items to purchase. And the best part is that this program is all natural and no pharmaceuticals involved, which was a concern of mine. The results have been amazing! So far, I have lost 21 pounds and 21 inches. While I still have a few pounds to go before I hit my ultimate goal, I am completely confident that I will achieve it, and that confidence is entirely thanks to the team. I truly believe the staff is what makes this program so effective. They keep me motivated, encouraged, and truly make me feel welcomed every time I walk through the door. They genuinely celebrate every single one of my achievements and are always ready to provide excellent advice and guidance when I need it. If you're looking for a program that delivers results and gives you an unparalleled support system, Inspire by Nutley is the place to be!
