About this clinic

Hudson Mind, a ketamine-therapy clinic in New York, offers intravenous ketamine infusions and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and OCD. The clinic positions ketamine as a rapid-acting intervention for patients who have not responded to conventional antidepressant pharmacotherapy, and TMS as an adjunctive or alternative neuromodulation option. Treatment protocols are individualized following an initial psychiatric evaluation. Both modalities are supported by clinical evidence for mood and anxiety disorders, and the practice emphasizes careful patient selection and ongoing monitoring throughout the course of care. The clinic serves patients seeking alternatives to medication-only appro

While I want to say the employees are very nice here, I would strongly suggest making an appointment at a more organized location. I was sent two appointment times for my SGB/neural reset. Assuming the appointment had been pushed back, I arrived at 3. On my way over I received a call asking if I was still coming. I explained to the front desk my last text said that the appointment was at 3. They were confused, I was confused. When I arrived and showed my text messages, I would only receive my SGB that day. A moment later, I actually couldn't receive ANY treatment as the doctor had just left for the day and would be going on vacation, preventing a timely rescheduling. Turns out this is because the total reset schedules you "between two departments," but this was never communicated to me and their system didn't show I had a 3pm at all. Why even mark them as two separate appointments only for the patient and not the front desk? I was refunded in full, which I appreciate. On top of all this, the office in 281 is not finished, and the door is locked. Though this is the address they will send you, you will have to figure out yourself that you need to enter 280 next door and go up two flights. If a patient is going for an SGB and Ketamine treatment, one can assume they're incredibly treatment resistant, try to imagine how incredibly disappointing it would be to have your expectations let down like this after driving all the way from another borough. If you're at your last resort, please schedule at a more organized facility where the front desk understands their own scheduling procedures.

Dr. Bennett Cohen supported me through a very difficult mental health period, and his care made a meaningful difference. He listens with genuine compassion, explains things clearly, and never rushes the process. Even over Zoom, I felt grounded, understood, and supported. His guidance helped me regain emotional stability and confidence during a time when I truly needed it. I’m very grateful for his professionalism and humanity.

This is a very peaceful and very professional place. I was nervous about my intake interview with Dr. Cohen but he made it very easy. I was nervous since I knew I had to talk about my trauma again but the doctor was sensitive and kind. I look forward to getting a Stellate Ganglion Block which helped me a lot in the past.
