I have been consulting with Dr. Shawn Jacob over the past few months and he is an outstanding individual. He spent lots of time asking thorough questions to fully understand my situation, and he obviously knows his stuff. The NYCPA office is also worth highlighting - they are amazingly quick to respond to all of my requests, and I feel like my file is in very good hands. I can't stress how important that is when you're dealing with insurance companies and piles of paperwork!

The video appointment for Dr. Din was wonderful. Easy and fast to schedule. She was on time for the appointment. She was caring and compassionate. She asked pertinent questions and she actually LISTENED to what I had to say. She answered all my questions and concerns. And I had a notification that my medication set to be refilled before the appointment was even done. Truly impressed by Dr. Din and her bedside manner. I’m NOT easily impressed by folks in the medical field but this is definitely an exception. So glad I found her.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Mekles for over 6 months now, which for me have been enough to see great improvements in my day to day life. It’s hard to find a doctor that listens and want to see you well, that’s what I got from Dr. Mekles from our my first visit. There was no pushing of all sort of different medicines it was more about getting down to the root of the problem, doing every possible test that could shine a light or dismiss any diagnosis. That kind of doctor is hard to find in this type of industry. I am forever grateful to Dr. Mekles for bringing me to where I am today, confident and mentally strong and present not only in the lives of my children but my own.
