I've been working closely with Dr. Elise Weiss for over 10 years now. It's amazing how quickly our personal training clients get healthy or through an injury when the pair smart training with Dr. Weiss' treatments and recommendations. She's cutting edge on sports medicine treatments and always takes the most gentle and non-invasive approach possible. She helps patients avoid surgeries in many cases. I've experienced her treatments first-hand as an athlete myself with PRP, trigger point shots, and shock wave therapy. My injuries improved so much faster and I was able to get back to triathlons and lifting in the gym.
