Dr. Chaudhri is wonderful. He is so intelligent. He’s the only psychiatrist I know who will make a 1 hour appts so that he can hear all of your concerns. He answers all my questions with a rational behind his answers. He doesn’t dictate what treatment should be followed. He respects and supports your thoughts and ideas in the treatment plan. I’d recommend Dr. C to anyone!

Don’t waste your time. He spends your session on his computer, not engaging in why your actually there. He asked me the same 2-3 questions both of my visits, which were roughly 7-12 minutes each, got back on his computer, then prescribed me adderall saying that’ll fix the problem. $300 for 12 minutes of quiet time. He doesn’t try to get to know the client, nor does he make the space feel warm and inviting. Still trying to understand what made him assume I had ADD, and nothing I told him was related to my attention span or focus. I did give the adderall a try because I wanted to trust he knew best, but as I knew that wasn’t what I needed. Just wanted to share my experience as a first timer, as I didn’t know what to expect but I do know his type of practice is not good quality.

Dr Chaudrhi not only has horrible bedside manner, including minimizing what you tell him and making fun of other providers, but each time I got a prescription from him I had to call the office at least 3 times before they actually sent it to the pharmacy. I actually suspect he wrote my prescription for a different patient once. Considering he is a psychiatrist, the availability of medications is extremely important. His staff are nice and helpful, but he is always late and you end up waiting to see him for 20+ minutes after your appointment was scheduled. I've since found a new psychiatrist and will not be returning.

I have had the good fortune to have known Dr. Chaudhri, Dr. Thakur, and their staff for nearly 8 years now. Everyone has always been professional, polite, and kind. I can honestly say that this is the best practice and office staff that I have ever worked with. Why would I still be going there if conditions were as bad as the other reviews state? Dr. Chaudhri is a brilliant man who has always treated me with dignity and respect. The reason I still counsel with him after all these years is because of his outstanding "bedside manner". He makes me feel like I am more than just a patient. He makes me feel like he and I are truly friends. He is the smartest most insightful person I have ever met. Only he and you together can decide if the doctor patient relationship that you hope to share is a good fit. As for me, Dr. Chaudhri has helped me in so many areas because he listens and then suggests. His caring expertise has taken me from feeling totally hopeless, to feeling and knowing that while certain circumstances throughout life may effect me adversely, I also have within me a power and a skill to not only rise above the circumstances, but to also use them to become a better person overall, and, to know that I am being guided to a new level of consciousness whereby I can truly help other people because of, and in spite of, the negative experiences I have encountered. For me, having a man prove to me that despite circumstances and what other people may have to say, I have the authority of heart and mind to make the lives of other people better. Wanting to help others and now knowing that I have the skill to do so is the best gift that I have ever received in life. THAT, and so much more, is what Dr. Chaudhri has helped to achieve in me. I can honestly say that Dr. Chaudhri is the finest person I've ever had the privilege of knowing, and that with continuing efforts on my part, perhaps one day someone will say the same of me because I have truly helped them to see that their light shines much brighter in the universe than they realize, and that because of their uniqueness, they are inferior to no one. Thank you Dr. Chaudhri for showing me how to shine brighter.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I don't think Dr. Chaudhri deserves the many 1 star reviews I see. I started seeing him in February (it's now June) and he has helped me a lot. I came to him with anxiety, depression, and previously un-diagnosed ADHD. I was quite nervous my first visit as I had never seen a psychiatrist before, his easygoing personality and calm demeanor put me at ease. Although his jokes sometimes miss the mark, he usually manages to make me chuckle once or twice a visit. He immediately started me on an SSRI and then about a month later introduced Adderall. Every visit he checks that I don't have any side effects or negative symptoms, if I do, he addresses them immediately. He also asks how I am doing and takes a genuine interest in my life. While his archaically slow typing can be difficult to witness, overall he is a knowledgeable doctor and I believe he is helping me improve my quality of life. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to anyone who wants to take charge of their own mental health.
