The wonderful people here at Castle Rock helped turn my health around for the absolute best in every aspect. Brian who I primarily work with is extremely attentive and passionate about his work, his advice and assistance and most importantly my success in being healthy. Would absolutely recommend Castle Rock to anyone interested in bettering themselves and their health.

I personally know Brian, one of the great staff members here. I quite literally trust him with my life, and he's never let me down. I have absolute confidence in the advice he gives and that he'll take care of me, and that any one of his team will do the same. The facility is immaculate. It's cleaner than any hospital I've been in, and far more welcoming. I felt thoroughly out of place when I stopped in after a shift as a first responder, but I was welcomed and treated like a friend. I was already pretty strung out from nonstop work, and that day was capped off with a double shift. Brian got me relaxed and reenergized to where I was just feeling... good. Can't recommend these folks enough. Thank y'all.

five stars all the way for castle rock hormone health (pittsburgh) im so impressed. i have been on semaglutide for just about a month now and the results are amazing! ive already lost eight pounds by being strict with my diet and really cutting back on sugar intake, it works wonders when you put in the effort alongside the medication. i feel so much better with myself and im definitely sticking with this program im even going to start to phase into going to the gym to push the results further. the whole team is fantastic the owner mike is so incredibly kind and helpful and when i walked in karis gave me the loveliest greeting, which instantly made me feel right at home! the doctor i had was brian, he is truly great always professional and explaining everything clearly. this place is top notch and i highly recommend them to anyone!
