I cancelled my membership in writing via email back in July. They proceeded to bill me for July, August and attempted to bill me for September but I had locked the card. I have emailed 4 times since these charges. I called 9/16 and spoke with the front desk. She said she could cancel my membership. Great. I asked for a refund for the 2 previous months that were charged after I cancelled. She said no and told me I have credits that I can use instead. I explained that I did not want credits, I wanted a refund since I was billed for services that were cancelled. She said she was not a Manager and could not do that. I asked to speak with a Manager and she stated one was not available. I asked who I could speak with and she said she would have HR give me a call. That was a week ago and still, no one has reached out to me or refunded my money that was charged for months after I cancelled. This is ridiculous.
