There have been significant mile posts in my healing journey. TMS treatment was one of those. It helped my body get out of the anxiety loop it was in, so I could focus on doing other deep work that needed to be done. The staff at Touchstone is incredibly professional and compassionate. The TMS itself was amazing. However, the staff here sucks. There was very little communication throughout the entire process. This didn't become an issue until it was time for an extension. Suddenly I had an email (not a phone call, and I was given zero warning that this email would be coming) from a person I had never heard of telling me I needed to sign a contingency payment plan. There was no information about why or that it was so there would not be a lapse in treatment. When I complained about the unprofessional approach and lack of information I was simply told that they could understand why I would be confused and frustrated and they'll take me off the schedule. No apology or accountability at all. Then, when a supervisor reached out to me and I explained that I was looking for some accountability she told me that sometimes things get misinterpreted in emails. I don't know how I misinterpreted a lack of information. So also no apology or accountability. Absolutely get the TMS. Just don't go to this clinic.
