Love this place. I see Dr. Kozup-Evon and am beyond pleased. I feel absolutely listened to and respected. Everything about the office is easy and enjoyable - easy to schedule/reschedule, easy to reach the provider in between sessions, and a very comfortable office.

I have a history of experiencing bad medical staff in the state of Alaska who mistreated me. Rachel was absolutely warm welcoming and comfortable! I admit I was nervous and scared. The front desk assistant is really nice too and very communicative. Their portal and email notifications are straightforward and seem a little excessive but are helpful for people who forget. I was able to ask any questions I had. Also Rachel helped me clarify things diagnose but she didn't try to shove pills down my throat immediately. We talked about a bigger picture in a game plan. She did a very thorough job. She made me feel safe about taking the new medications because I was really scared about them. She has up-to-date information about the things that she talks about with all of it and helped me overcome my fears knowing we have a plan and are on the same page. Finding the office building was a little tricky I got lost so I recommend getting there early so you don't miss your appointment. I want to also mention I am part of the LGBT community and I found this place to be accepting and safe. I can't recommend this place enough and I wish them the best in their business endeavors. Alaska needs more places like this!
