About this clinic

River Health & Wellness, an integrative medicine clinic in Soldotna, specializes in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for women navigating menopause and hormone-related decline. The clinic offers comprehensive IV therapy protocols including Myers cocktails, NAD+ infusions, and glutathione support alongside peptide therapy to address energy, cognitive function, and age-related concerns. Treatment is individualized following an initial consultation, with ongoing monitoring as protocols are adjusted. The practice positions hormone optimization within a broader integrative framework, combining lab-based assessment with targeted nutritional and peptide support rather than hormone therapy in isolation.

I highly recommend Tanecia for her thoroughness and extensive knowledge. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every detail is addressed. Additionally, the staff members are friendly and highly capable, making the overall experience exceptional. You won't be disappointed.

Tenecia has been my primary provider for more than eight years, and she consistently demonstrates genuine care for her patients. She takes the time to explain treatment options clearly and makes sure her clients understand the methods available for their specific health needs. She’s personable, witty, and treats people with respect. One of her strongest qualities is her ability to truly listen while also holding her clients accountable as they follow their treatment plans.

I tried scheduling a new patient exam to establish primary care and the receptionist was kind of rude. I explained I had medications that I needed refilled, and that I recently relocated here, and that my previous doctor would approve a final refill if I couldn't get an appointment to establish a new primary prior to my medication running out. I've heard nothing but great things about their location, and was really hoping to establish care with them. The receptionist was pretty resistant to that information, explaining there wasn't availability until March, (which I told her should be fine) and I felt as if she was trying to avoid scheduling me. The phone call ended with me not getting scheduled. I was eager to transfer to them, but after that interaction, I was disappointed :/
