Enjoying the compression boots today for fitness recovery. I also love the red light therapy for injury support, as well as stress management and rest. So many great refreshing therapies!

I really enjoy going to Swift Recovery for their services and tools they provide for recovering athletes. Specifically i have used the PEMF and air compression boots with the red light therapy to aid my recovery from long runs. The flexibility of the PEMF can allow for the electromagnetic therapy to focus on any area you prefer, or it can be applied holistically. There are several other services they offer as well. Strong recommendation to anyone recovering from intense physical activities.

As someone with a spinal cord injury, I am always in pain so I decided to try out Swift Recovery. The vibroaccoustic therapy bed is amazing. It’s like a full body massage while you take a cat nap. The people are so nice and make you feel so welcomed. I definitely recommend trying one of the wellness therapies out.
