Lovely experience. This place has so much to offer and the owner is extremely knowledgeable. I tried everything they had and really felt the difference. They have different temperature ice plunges, which is great for someone new to it like myself. Also, the place was beautifully designed and relaxing. Sadly, it was well out of my price range.
