Psychiatrists are fine however, why am I on hold for a hour in order to reach the scheduling department?? This isn’t a recent issue either. I have been here for years and it has always been impossible to get a hold of people. I feel like their narrow window of hours of operation don’t help. I usually go through the billing department when I need to schedule. Otherwise my experience with the psychiatrists have been amazing

To the people who said it's impossible to get a hold of people here, I experienced this at first in January I told my PA Curtis Andrews. He's the best one but don't go to him. He's already too booked out you're gonna have to pick another provider lol JK he's the only one at Terros that would listen to me without judgement . I ended up moving and accidentally finding him at another clinic that offered telemedicine and they didn't leave me hanging when they went out of business 2 years later. Sahara contacted me to follow up and reconnect me to continue care within 3 weeks of my old clinic closing it's doors.. as of now the phones work instead of ringing forever there's a recording you listen to and the lady at the desk was really helpful Danielle when I told her about this phone issue. She said that all the locations are possibly using the same phone line that's why it might be hard to answer every one quickly. I didn't expect a prompt call back after hearing this to help me with my concern but she did in fact call me back to verify my needs. Highly recommend this place.

Sahara Behavioral Health is truly a blessing and the best thing that’s ever happened to me. From the moment I started coming here, I’ve never had a single issue with my appointments. The staff—Makayla, Jessica, Miss Judith, and Nicole (sorry if I forgot a few names)- always treat me like family, with genuine respect, love, and care. They create such a warm and welcoming environment that makes every visit uplifting. I have to give a special shoutout to Makayla who is an absolute godsend. Her professionalism and support have been a lifeline, especially during times when I was emotionally heartbroken and struggling. She was there for me 100%, offering compassion and understanding that made all the difference❤️ Dr. Singh is equally amazing. He’s the best doctor I could ask for—attentive, empathetic, and truly invested in understanding what I’m going through. His care and expertise have been invaluable to my journey. I almost missed out on this incredible place because of a negative review I read, but I’m so glad I gave it a chance. Sahara Behavioral Health is a gem, and I feel blessed to have found such a caring and professional team. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking mental health support!
