About this clinic

Desert Sky Spine and Pain, a regenerative pain-management clinic in Tucson, Arizona, specializes in platelet-rich plasma therapy and dry needling for musculoskeletal and spine conditions. The practice emphasizes functional restoration alongside pain reduction, developing individualized treatment plans that address the underlying drivers of chronic pain rather than symptoms alone. Platelet-rich plasma injections support tissue repair in joints, tendons, and ligaments affected by degenerative change or injury. Dry needling complements these regenerative approaches, targeting myofascial dysfunction and muscle-guarding patterns. The clinic serves patients with spine pain, joint conditions, and sports-related injuries, as well as those managing workers' compensation and personal-injury cases. Treatment focuses on returning patients to meaningful activity.

As I entered the office, I was greeted with the lovely receptionist who greeted me with a big smile and how may I help you as I was taken back to visit with Candice Felix who was an amazing visit. Very pleasant, professional. Lovely accommodating , And most certainly all the other staff was very pleasant. They took all my information. They asked me questions and they helped me feel comfortable and they were very accepting.. I would certainly refer friends and family to this amazing facility.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Steven Prust and NP Candice Felix at Desert Sky Spine & Pain for my cervical neck and SI joint pain, and I couldn’t ask for better care. Both are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely listen to their patients. They take the time to explain treatment options and make sure you’re comfortable with each step. Their skill and empathy have made a huge difference in managing my pain and improving my quality of life. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking excellent spine and pain management care.

I would highly advise you to go somewhere anywhere else I have severe issues to the extent a nuero surgeon wants to do surgery and the doctor I saw at desert sky prescribed me anti depressants to treat my pain, he referred me to a physical therapist that doesn't accept my insurance, referred me to a place for regards to abnormal weight gain and the place said that this referral in no way shape or form would go to them that they manage things like diabetes and the sort. I am appalled at the way my doctor was dressed displaying tattoos of dragons and the sort where they are not only visible to the public and patients but he braged about them, if only this doctor cared even half as much about my welfare as he does his tattoo work I surely would not be leaving a review to this affect.
