Sid and Lori are Kind, thoughtful, accommodating, and people of service. This Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment is hands down the best experience I’ve had, and there is a noticeable difference in their big hard shell, multi-atmosphere tank versus a soft shell. I had a hard time walking and moving after multiple knee surgeries and a recent stem cell procedure, but they made sure to help me get in/ out and they made sure I was comfortable. When I called in Lori was friendly and informative about HBOT and how I should best utilize it. I came in a little early to a building split in two: one side a chiropractic office and the other the HBOT of AZ offices and restroom. I filled out paperwork, received instruction, and got questions answered. Sid helped me get out to the temperature controlled trailer where the 6person chamber is located. He then helped me comfortable get into the chamber by wheeling me in simply with a chair. My first ‘dive’ was with 4 others + Sid who is always in there with you controlling the pressure and watching the gauges. And there are most definitely gauges in the system and he can tell you exactly how many atmospheres deep you went. Sid has a great sense of humor, makes it more enjoyable, and looks out for everyone’s safety and well being. He served as a marine, and a firefighter for 30years— he’s an awesome guy. In the tank there are six seats and a little tv with speakers visible through a circular window at the back. They have directtv in there and you can watch whatever. It was actually nice having company in there, makes it go by faster. When you start pressurizing Sid gets out the oxygen face masks that are individually labeled in plastic bags and your mask is only used by you. They have medical grade oxygen tanks strongly pumping oxygen into your mask. I am very sensitive to chemicals but there was nothing irritating or unpleasant other than getting used to the face mask covering your moth and nose pumping the oxygen into your lungs. I take a lot of deep breaths and the air is ‘clean’ and feels really good and relaxing. I don’t have issues pressurizing as long as I yawn/ move my jaw. You spend an hour at “bottom” so the whole experience is about an hour and 30minutes. While I was at bottom I could feel the pressure in my knees pushing the stem cells deeper. I yawned hundreds of times, I had little muscle twitches and I could feel tingling around my incisions and injection sites. Within three dives over three consecutive days, the swelling in my knees has drastically decreased, my mobility and bending has improved, I’m walking much better and the pain has decreased quite a bit. Again, this type of chamber and going down 2.2+ atmospheres was noticeably different than just 1atm in soft shells. I am very thankful to have found this place and very appreciative of the type of people Sid and Lori are— they make you feel welcome, make it as comfortable experience as possible, and accommodate everyone any way they can. It is very obvious the type of people they are and they are passionate about medical treatment that truly works! This is real HBOT and it is definitely worth a try if you’ve been doing circles in conventional medical treatment. I highly recommend this place and can attest to the experience, service and results!
