Dr. A is beyond amazing. She listens and she really cares about your well being. With her guidance and expertise I lost weight and improved my health greatly. How do I know my health improved? Comparing the blood test when I began my journey to the new improved me after healthy supplements was proof enough for me. This was without a doubt one of the best investments in my overall health that i have ever done. Thank YOU Dr. A! I wish there were more wellness providers that care and provide healthy alternatives over prescription medications (whenever possible) like you do.

I have not had a positive experience. The start of the program is a pre program webinar. It is informative, but not personalized. The detox program is a wonderful way to begin, however, for treatment I would go to another doctor. This is for people that are healthy but want to lose weight or change to a healthier lifestyle. Asking her questions seems to provoke defensive behavior. Or if you as a client have a different opinion her emotional response is unsettling. All is over the phone. I would not recommend Dr. Alejandro. there are a couple of MD/Naturopaths in the Valley that are great for perimenopause and autoimmune issues and they require in office visits.

Dr. Alejandro and Core Optimal Health Solutions have worked marvelously for me. Her knowledge and programs have made a huge difference. I came to Dr. A because my sugar numbers had moved into the pre-diabetes range and I was well over weight. I completed her detox program in the first 30 days losing 30 pounds in the process. In the 60 days since, following her program, I have lost 30 more pounds. I no longer have back problems, the arthritis in my joints has subsided, and most importantly, my sugar numbers are significantly below the pre-diabetes threshold. I will stick to the program and am confident I will continue to lose weight and improve my health.
