I had the absolute best experience giving birth with Dr. Stadnick! The compassion and care she showed me went far beyond what I normally expect from the medical profession. Due to a breech baby, I had a scheduled c-section. She guided me through the process well before my due date, which allowed me to feel completely comfortable when the day came. Don’t mistake her efficiency during office appointments for anything other than her doing her job well. She brought my baby safely into this world while providing me with the compassionate care I needed, and I will forever be grateful!

I was a patient here for the past 5 years. After the interaction I had today, I will never return. First off, Dr. Simone and her nurse practitioner Darla are great providers. The office staff has never been great here, but have been worth putting up with to see Dr Simone. Today, the staff were atrocious, specifically the blonde receptionist in Lobby B. I was told after checking in that they didn’t accept my new insurance, despite my insurance having them listed as an In-Network provider. Their response to that was “yeah that happens sometimes”. The other receptionist said she would ask if they can take me as a cash pay patient and the rude blonde receptionist tried to stop her and said “we can’t do that, the doctor will tell you we can because she always says yes but we’re not supposed to.” No apologies, no trying to help or advocate. The second receptionist came back and said yes they can take me as cash pay but no medication or labs would be covered, $300 just to sit in the room with the doctor. I get that insurance changes, and I was originally willing to pay out of pocket for my visit. I did my due diligence as a patient by making sure they were considered in-network. I am far more turned off by the rude attitude and refusal to work towards a solution. As a patient, I do not feel like this office is willing to advocate for my health and is certainly not willing to do more than the bare minimum work.

This office has changed a lot. I had been receiving care here for over 5 years. My daughter was delivered by Clarizio and she did my DC. I have a history built up here. I called today to schedule an OB appt because I got a positive test. The receptionist was so incredibly rude and sarcastic on the phone. I was shocked when she said they weren’t taking new OB patients. I said I wasn’t new and she said I was a new pregnancy and couldn’t be seen. I’m just shocked to be turned away from an office I have history with and feel safe with after suffering two miscarriages. Awful awful awful.
