I have had acid reflux for most of my life, and in the past several years, it's gotten a lot worse. I was getting bad stomach pain and always taking either OTC acid reducers (12-hour) or Omeprazole (24-hour), which I know is bad for my body. My primary care doctor was only able to suggest that I take over-the-counter acid reducer every 12 hours to avoid taking Omeprazole so much. But I couldn't take them often enough to stop the stomach pain. I visited Rebecca to see if she could offer other treatments. She tested me and found that my digestive system was out of balance. She put me on natural supplements as well as making suggestions for changing my diet (but not the typical advice to avoid tomato, citrus, etc.). I've been doing this for about 5 months. My acid reflux is greatly reduced and I rarely have flare-ups (if I do they are usually related to bad eating habits). The best part is that I no longer have stomach pain or taking acid reducing medications other than Tums when I have some heartburn. And I can now eat tomato, citrus, and other food that are prohibited on an acid reflux diet (as long as I don't eat fried or really spicy foods) in moderation. I really thought I'd have stomach pain and have to take medication for the rest of my life, so it's a real blessing that Rebecca was able to offer natural alternatives that have greatly improved my quality of life!

Incredible, wonderful, amazing! Dr. Johnson, has done the impossible, she healed my gut after years of dairy intolerance, ibs, and all the issues. I came to her when I was pregnant and was always either constipated or having diarrhea. The diet, lifestyle changes, and supplements she suggested took care of it. Her suggested lifestyle and eating habit changes are very reasonable and not too hard to accomplish. Additionally, during my pregnancy I began to have migraines (which was new to me) and she gave me some remedies to help for immediate and long term releif. Not only that, when I was post partum and the hemorrhoids were not going away after three months, I came to her and she suggested a supplement that completely took care of it. AND I haven't been sick once since being under her care! Let me tell you, the investment into her care and supplements are so worth it, and the best gift any Dr has given me. Honestly, I haven't needed a primary care Dr in while because I don't need one now that I'm under Dr Johnson's care! She is also overseeing my husbands care and he is seeing great results too. Plus you can always email her with any questions or concerns! I cannot thank her enough! She is worth every penny and then some!

I began seeing Rebecca last fall for some advice making small changes to my daily routine that would have positive impacts on my physical and emotional health. Rebecca was very knowledgeable but never pushed one way or another. She helped me identify products and habits that would work for me specifically and offered tips on incorporating them in a way that would be sustainable. What I loved is that many of the things that I've incorporated into my daily routine were things I already had at home so no extra cost or effort. I would highly recommend Rebecca for anyone looking to make cleaner, healthier changes to their daily routines.
