I had my FUE hair transplant with Dr. Ischayek on February 20, 2026, and my experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Dr. Ischayek was incredibly professional, informative, and thorough throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything in detail and helped develop a clear game plan for before, during, and after the procedure, ensuring I not only had the best experience possible but also maximized the number of grafts safely achievable. I am now about seven days post-op and have experienced absolutely no pain — none at all — which honestly exceeded my expectations. The level of care has continued even after the procedure. Both Dr. Ischayek and the Alvi Armani team have consistently followed up with me and have been readily available to answer any questions or concerns. I truly cannot recommend Dr. Ischayek and Alvi Armani highly enough. The professionalism, communication, and overall patient care have been outstanding.

I had a great experience with the team at Alvi Armani Beverly Hills. Chad was extremely responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. He always took the time to answer questions and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Everyone on the staff from the technicians to Dr. Ischayek were very professional and clearly takes pride in their work. They do a tremendous amount of high quality procedures focused on achieving natural looking results. There’s a reason well known hair restoration advocates like Joe Tillman speak highly of this location. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering hair restoration.

It is with great pleasure that I write this 5-star review for Alvi Armani. A very special shoutout to the doctor and support staff that performed my procedure: Dr. Ischayek, Claire, and Stephanie. The doctors and staff at Alvi Armani are truly the best in the business. This is celebrity-grade treatment, and yes, this Beverly Hills clinic has performed hair transplants on many top Hollywood celebrities. The cost is not as much as you think, and the results are worth so much more. Indeed, I was one of many people that was absolutely daunted by the concept of getting a hair transplant. So many genuine horror stories and much false information out there. I was overwhelmed with concern about whether the results would look natural and if the entire process would be worth it. I did immense research, spoke with numerous clinics and doctors around the world, and read countless reviews. Ultimately, I decided to go with the best of the best in Alvi Armani. I wish I could get inside the head of every person considering a hair transplant, and absolve them of their worries. Anyone that chooses Alvi Armani will have their expectations massively exceeded, and will be beyond satisfied, enthralled, in fact, with their results. You will not get this quality at any clinic. I know numerous people that got their hair transplants done in Mexico, and while they have more coverage, and in my opinion, they look better than they did before, it is either obvious that they got the procedure done (unnatural looking hair line and noticeable transition from transplanted hair to non-transplanted hair) or their hair is still not full/thick. I had a noticeable receding hairline and got 2,817 grafts during my procedure in January of 2025. People that don’t know that I got a hair transplant cannot tell. Those that I informed that I got a transplant are amazed by my results, and tell me to forgive them if they can’t take their eyes off my hair because they are truly shocked at how beautiful, thick, and natural it looks; I have been the example in their lives that has proven to them that this process works almost unbelievably. I have Dr. Ischayek and the entire Alvi Armani team to thank for this. Everyone from the consultants, office staff, and of course the doctors at Alvi Armani provide the very best, world-class service that will make you feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process, from booking, to procedure, to post-operative care.
