Dr. George Graf is hands down one of the best pain management Doctors and Anesthesiologists. From his expertise, to his bed side manner, I want him with me every step of the way as I deal with chronic pain and upcoming spinal surgery. He is just an amazing doctor, spends time with his patients and is so compassionate. Wish more MD's were like him.

I had an epidural injection done at L5-S1 and L4-L5 levels February of 2014. The injections didn't really help me with a pain. I ended up having surgery done on my back. I can't blame IPS b/c it could be that the nature of my injury was more severe than what I had thought. I had good insurance. At that time, I was told by this office that since the doctor doing the injection didn't have contracts with my insurance, I just had to pay $1000. I agreed b/c any other place I was referred to was giving me later appointments and I was in a lot of pain. I paid the $1000 prior to the injection. However, after the procedure was done, I received bills from the anesthesiologist (Dr. Mark Rothman) and the office of the Dr. who did the injection. I told them I had been told by Intelligent Pain Solutions that I only had to pay $1000. Later I found out what Intelligent Pain Solutions received from me was in addition to the thousands of dollars my insurance paid them. Intelligent Pain Solutions told me the $1000 was only for the office services. But that is not what they told me when they were charging me the $1000! I find this practice unscrupulous and unethical.

Procedure was successful!! Very nice and professional staff and I’m thankful to Dr Graf!! I like the facility but I didn’t like the chair little uncomfortable for my tastes other then that happy that my procedure was Excellent. Thank you!!🙏🏻
